Maintenance Manager

Location: Close to Marble Arch, London

Property: Ultra-Luxury International Flagship Hotel (80 Rooms)

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a super-luxury, 80-room international flagship property located close to Marble Arch.

Due to the boutique size and ultra-luxury positioning of the hotel, this is a hands-on leadership role where the Maintenance Manager has full responsibility for the department and reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Full oversight of the maintenance department and all building services

Ensure the hotel operates to the highest luxury and safety standards

Manage preventive maintenance programs and daily reactive maintenance

Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and statutory compliance

Support pre-emptive planning to protect asset value and guest experience

Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Senior Engineer in a luxury hotel environment
• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and building services
• Hands-on, detail-driven, and quality-focused
• Confident working independently and leading the department end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
