Luxury Resort & Wellness Complex | Vietnam (Opening)

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Food & Beverage to lead the pre-opening and operational launch of a large-scale luxury resort and wellness complex in Vietnam.

This flagship destination will feature 20+ food and beverage outlets, including authentic Asian and European specialty restaurants, destination dining concepts, and a comprehensive, high-volume bar and beverage operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening planning, setup, and launch of all F&B outlets
• Oversee and optimize operations across 20+ restaurants, bars, lounges, and wellness-related dining venues
• Drive quality, consistency, and brand standards across diverse culinary concepts
• Manage large, multicultural teams with a strong focus on training, mentoring, and succession planning
• Implement strong financial controls, budgeting, cost management, and revenue optimization
• Collaborate closely with Executive Management on strategy, guest experience, and innovation
• Ensure seamless delivery of all-inclusive resort dining and beverage experiences

Candidate Profile

• Proven senior F&B leadership experience in large luxury resorts, integrated resorts, or cruise ships
• Mandatory experience in all-inclusive operations
• Background managing a minimum of 15 outlets (20+ highly preferred)
• Strong exposure to Asian and European authentic restaurant concepts
• Exceptional operational, commercial, and people leadership skills
• Pre-opening experience in large-scale projects is a strong advantage
• Culturally adaptable, hands-on leader with global hospitality exposure
