We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee multiple restaurant outlets in a premier hospitality group in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across all assigned restaurant outlets

Ensure high standards of service, food quality, and presentation

Lead, coach, and mentor outlet teams to deliver superior guest experiences

Coordinate rotations across outlets, ensuring seamless operational coverage

Collaborate with F&B leadership to drive promotions, sales targets, and marketing initiatives

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in multiple restaurant operations

Strong understanding of multi-outlet rotations and operational leadership

Excellent people management and communication skills

Hands-on approach with problem-solving, training, and team motivation

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
