Are you the person with extensive experience in commissioning new kitchens and modernising existing kitchens that have seen better days?

We are looking for a hands-on Director of Engineering who is not shy about leading from the front and showing the team how to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including:

• Ovens and ranges
• Extraction and range hoods
• Combi steamers
• Stoves and cooktops
• Dishwashers
• Deep fryers
• Bratt pans
• Pizza ovens and so much more
