Are you an adventurous hospitality professional ready for a dynamic role across multiple properties in Papua New Guinea? We are seeking a Task Force General Manager to oversee and manage individual hotels or getaways for a publicly listed company in PNG.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and hands-on leadership, stepping in when the existing General Manager is on leave or during transitional periods before a new appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full operational charge of individual hotels or resorts across PNG.

Ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain brand standards across properties.

Support property teams, troubleshoot operational challenges, and lead by example.

Collaborate with regional management to ensure consistency in operations and reporting.

We’re Looking For:

A seasoned General Manager with experience in multi-property operations.

An adventurous personality who thrives in varied environments and challenges.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Flexibility to travel and work across multiple locations in PNG.
