The Position

As the senior financial leader on property, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial management while acting as a trusted advisor to ownership and executive leadership. This role goes beyond traditional finance—requiring a forward-thinking professional who can influence strategy, optimise performance, and ensure strong financial governance across the business.

You will be instrumental in driving financial discipline, enhancing reporting frameworks, and supporting key operational and investment decisions.

Core Focus

Full oversight of finance operations including reporting, controls, cash flow, and planning cycles

Partnering with executive leadership to guide business strategy and capital allocation

Strengthening financial processes, controls, and compliance standards

Delivering accurate and timely insights to support commercial decision-making

Managing budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking across departments

Identifying efficiencies, cost improvements, and revenue optimisation opportunities

Leading and developing the finance team to achieve high performance standards

Ensuring adherence to statutory, tax, and audit requirements
