The Role

As Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the long-term commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, and strengthening market positioning across all segments.

You will lead and align the Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Revenue teams, ensuring a unified and performance-driven commercial approach.

Key Focus Areas

Development and execution of long-term commercial strategy, goals, and roadmaps

Strong leadership across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management & PR functions

Deep understanding of diverse market segments including corporate, leisure, group, and MICE

Expertise in OTA strategy, distribution channels, and global commercial platforms

Driving brand positioning and market share growth in competitive environments

Building high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, and clear direction

Active participation as a key executive committee member contributing to overall business strategy

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Commercial Director or senior commercial leader within large-scale 5-star hotels or resorts

Strong background in complex, multi-outlet, high-volume hospitality environments

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth across multiple channels and markets

Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability and commercial acumen

Inspirational leader with the ability to mentor, align, and elevate cross-functional teams
