The Opportunity

This is a freelance, commission-based role offering complete flexibility and autonomy. You will work closely with an established executive recruitment team, leveraging existing demand while building and expanding your own client and candidate network.

What We Are Looking For

Strong existing network within hospitality or executive recruitment

Proven ability in client relationship management and business development

Confident communicator with a consultative approach

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

Experience in the Middle East market highly regarded
