We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to take on a Head of Department role within a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing leadership role within luxury hospitality

Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and integrated campaign management

Proven experience within the Vietnam market highly regarded

Background in multi-outlet resorts with international exposure

Pre-opening experience will be a strong advantage

Creative mindset supported by strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Confident leader with the ability to drive brand presence and commercial performance

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the General Manager
