Director of Sales (HOD)

Luxury / Upscale Hospitality | Executive Appointment

We are seeking a high-performing, commercially driven Director of Sales to lead the sales function at a large-scale, internationally positioned hospitality operation.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role within luxury or upscale hospitality

Proven track record within large-scale resorts or complex multi-outlet properties (1,000+ rooms preferred)

Strong exposure to international markets, with a focus on leisure segments

Experience in the Vietnam market highly regarded

Pre-opening experience strongly preferred

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and drive high-performing sales teams

Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset and revenue focus

Reporting Line:

Reports directly to the General Manager

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: USD 6,500 – 7,000 net per month

Yearly performance bonus
