Revenue Manager – Luxury Five-Star Hotel | Southern Africa

Our client is opening a luxury five-star hotel in Southern Africa, featuring 250+ keys, multiple F&B outlets, and conference facilities for up to 2,000 delegates. We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Manager to join pre-opening and lead the development of revenue strategies across Rooms and F&B.

The role will focus on optimising revenue performance, analysing market trends, and driving pricing and distribution strategy across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies

• Maximise revenue across Rooms and F&B

• Analyse market trends and competitor performance

• Manage OTA, GDS, and direct booking channels

• Build strong relationships with third-party partners

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams

• Ensure optimal pricing and positioning strategies

Key Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior Revenue Management role (4/5-star hotels)
  • • International hotel brand experience (Hilton exposure an advantage)
  • • Strong knowledge of OTA, GDS, and distribution channels
  • • Proficiency in IDEA / GRO revenue management systems
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • • Prior Africa experience is a strong advantage
  • • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
