A leading 5-star hotel in Dhaka is launching an exciting new Mediterranean & European signature restaurant, featuring premium grill specialties and a contemporary dining concept. We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead the pre-opening and ongoing culinary operations.

This is a key leadership role for a chef who thrives in creating refined, high-quality dining experiences in a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full pre-opening of the new signature restaurant

• Design and execute authentic Mediterranean & European menus with strong grill focus

• Manage all kitchen operations including cost control, hygiene, and quality control

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing culinary team

• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional fine dining standards

• Work closely with senior hotel leadership on concept execution and positioning

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef ready for promotion

• Strong background in Mediterranean and/or European cuisine and Grill specialties

• Previous 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant experience essential

• Strong leadership and pre-opening experience highly advantageous

• All nationalities considered, provided relevant culinary background

Package:

• Salary up to US$42,000 per annum

• Expatriate conditions
