ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ROOMS

Luxury Five-Star Business Hotel | Lagos, Nigeria

An internationally branded luxury hotel in Lagos is searching for a dynamic and highly driven Assistant Director of Rooms to help lead one of Nigeria’s busiest five-star business hotels.

With over 350 rooms, exceptionally high occupancies year-round, and a demanding international clientele, this role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and can inspire large multicultural teams to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations while supporting revenue performance, service excellence, and operational efficiency across the Rooms Division.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong luxury Rooms Division experience with an emphasis on Front Office and Housekeeping

• Currently holds a similar leadership role within an internationally branded 200+ room hotel

• Leads from the front and is highly visible within operations

• Is experienced managing large multicultural teams of 100+ colleagues

• Understands demanding luxury business hotel environments and high guest expectations

• Has exposure to revenue management and commercial performance strategies

• Is fully proficient with Opera Cloud

• Has prior African experience — essential

• Remote or challenging location experience highly regarded

• Is available to commence ASAP
