This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative culinary professional who enjoys working in high-quality kitchen environments and mentoring junior chefs while delivering exceptional food presentation and consistency across à la carte and function operations.

We Are Seeking:

  • • Experienced Chef Saucier with strong hotel or restaurant background
  • • EU passport holder essential
  • • English or German speaking
  • • Confident managing sauce section operations in busy kitchens
  • • Strong exposure to both à la carte dining and banquet/function service
  • • Creative with modern food presentation and plating styles
  • • Passionate about mentoring and developing fellow team members
  • • Professional, organised, and able to work within a dynamic brigade

The Opportunity Offers:
