This is a key role within a busy luxury hospitality operation, requiring a confident, adaptable chef who can seamlessly move across all kitchen sections while maintaining consistency, quality, and leadership standards.

We Are Seeking:

• • Experienced Chef Tournant with strong hotel or high-end restaurant background
• • EU passport holder essential
• • German or English speaking essential
• • Highly versatile and able to confidently work across all kitchen sections 
• • Strong technical cooking skills with attention to detail and consistency
• • Confident chef-level professional capable of stepping into any section when required
• • Natural leader who can motivate, guide, and mentor junior team members
• • Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure in a high-volume luxury environment
• • Strong team player with a passion for culinary excellence

The Opportunity Offers:
