We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary operations of a high-profile Super Brasserie within a large, internationally recognised luxury hotel resort in the Bahamas. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a flagship outlet within a multi-outlet operation of 20+ restaurants, bars, and dining concepts.
The Super Brasserie celebrates a refined blend of American classics, European techniques, and Caribbean influences, delivering a sophisticated yet approachable dining experience in a vibrant resort environment.
The menu showcases a diverse and elevated offering, including:
- Cured salmon and artisanal starters
- House-made pastas and traditional pizzas
- Premium local seafood specialties
- Grilled meats and international classics
- Gourmet sandwiches and signature burgers
- Seasonal, produce-driven brasserie dishes
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-volume, high-quality operation while maintaining consistency, creativity, and strong financial performance. You will be a key culinary leader within a world-class hospitality group, driving standards and guest experience across all service periods.
Candidate Profile:

- Strong international experience in 5-star hotels and high-volume restaurant environments
- Proven background in brasserie-style or modern casual dining operations
