An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Rooms to join a leading international five-star hotel in Abuja, Nigeria.

The Property

Luxury hotel with over 500 rooms

Multiple restaurants, bars, and extensive meeting facilities

The Role

Lead and oversee all Rooms Division operations

Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and related departments

Drive guest satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency

Lead, mentor, and develop a large multicultural team

Ensure brand standards and financial targets are consistently achieved

Requirements

• Current Director of Rooms, Executive Assistant Manager Rooms, or senior Rooms Division leader
• Proven experience in five-star hotels with 300+ rooms
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams
• Excellent understanding of luxury guest service standards
• Stable career history with international hotel brands preferred
• Strong communication, training, and organizational skills

Package

Salary: US$54,000 Net per annum
