Food & Beverage Operations Manager – Ghana

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead a dynamic multi-outlet hospitality operation in Ghana. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong experience in 4–5 star hotel environments and a passion for service excellence, training, and team development.

About the Role:

You will oversee 5+ F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and large-scale functions. The operation includes a strong mix of international and local clientele, requiring high standards of service, consistency, and operational control.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all F&B operations across multiple outlets

Oversee banqueting and large conference/function events

Manage and develop a team of 50+ staff

Drive service standards across all restaurants and bars

Implement SOPs and ensure operational consistency

Strong focus on training, mentoring, and developing local teams

Control costs, budgets, and operational efficiency

Work closely with senior hotel leadership to deliver guest satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in 4 or 5-star hotel environments

Strong background in multi-outlet F&B operations

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Passionate trainer and mentor with hands-on approach

Experience in high-volume restaurants, bars, and functions

Strong understanding of service standards and guest experience

International hospitality exposure preferred
