We are conducting a worldwide search for an experienced Chef de Cuisine for a casino floor restaurant in the Bahamas.
This is a high-energy, high-volume operation delivering a vibrant casual dining and brasserie-style experience.
The Role Includes:
- Overseeing a busy casino floor restaurant operation
- Managing 500+ covers per day in a fast-paced environment
- Leading an authentic casual dining and brasserie concept
- Delivering consistent, high-quality service under pressure
- Working closely with senior management and casino operations
Culinary Concept:
- Casual dining favourites including steak sandwiches and gourmet burgers
- Premium grilled meats and seafood specialties
- Caribbean-inspired dishes with American influences
- Focus on flavour, speed, and presentation
We Are Looking For:
- Strong Chef de Cuisine / Head Chef experience in high-volume venues
- Background in 4–5 star hotels or premium restaurant groups
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate kitchen teams
- Strong operational control and cost awareness
- Calm, consistent performance in high-pressure environments
Package:
US$84,000 net per annum
