We are conducting a worldwide search for an experienced Chef de Cuisine for a casino floor restaurant in the Bahamas.

This is a high-energy, high-volume operation delivering a vibrant casual dining and brasserie-style experience.

The Role Includes:

  • Overseeing a busy casino floor restaurant operation
  • Managing 500+ covers per day in a fast-paced environment
  • Leading an authentic casual dining and brasserie concept
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality service under pressure
  • Working closely with senior management and casino operations

Culinary Concept:

  • Casual dining favourites including steak sandwiches and gourmet burgers
  • Premium grilled meats and seafood specialties
  • Caribbean-inspired dishes with American influences
  • Focus on flavour, speed, and presentation

We Are Looking For:

  • Strong Chef de Cuisine / Head Chef experience in high-volume venues
  • Background in 4–5 star hotels or premium restaurant groups
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate kitchen teams
  • Strong operational control and cost awareness
  • Calm, consistent performance in high-pressure environments

Package:

US$84,000 net per annum
