An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Financial Controller to join a leading all-inclusive beach resort in Zanzibar.

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-driven finance professional with strong African hospitality experience and the ability to manage full resort financial operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full financial management of the resort
• Budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
• Cost control across all departments (Rooms, F&B, Stores, Payroll)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Manage cash flow, banking, and financial risk
• Support senior leadership with strategic financial insights
• Lead and develop the finance team on property

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
• Must have African hospitality / resort experience
• Strong background in all-inclusive or large resort operations preferred
• Excellent understanding of cost control and operational finance
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a remote island resort environment
