Your Profile

• Previous experience as a Chef Tournant or Senior Chef de Partie within luxury hotels or premium restaurants

• EU passport is essential

• Fluent in either English or German

• Comfortable rotating through all kitchen sections with confidence and efficiency

• Strong technical cooking skills and a genuine passion for quality ingredients

• Well organised, adaptable and able to perform under pressure

• Positive leadership style with the ability to coach and support junior chefs

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork

• Dedicated to consistency, presentation and delivering memorable guest experiences
