Job Overview

Chef Entremetier 

An established  hospitality group is inviting applications for an experienced and dedicated Chef Entremetier to join its culinary brigade on a permanent, full-time basis.

This position is ideal for a chef who takes pride in precision-driven cookery, enjoys working with fresh produce, and brings consistency and creativity to an essential section of the kitchen.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes across vegetable, soup, and accompaniment preparation, supporting both à la carte and event service within a structured and professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entremetier section with consistency and attention to detail

• Prepare soups, vegetables, starches, garnishes, and side accompaniments to a high standard

• Ensure all dishes are delivered with precision, flavour balance, and visual appeal

• Support smooth kitchen operations during both service and preparation periods

• Collaborate closely with senior chefs and wider brigade members

• Maintain strong organisation within your section at all times

• Contribute to menu execution and seasonal updates where required

• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and kitchen operational standards

Candidate Profile

  • • Proven experience as a Chef Entremetier or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
  • • Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of classical and modern vegetable cookery
  • • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • • Confident working in both à la carte and banquet service environments
  • • Calm, focused, and reliable under pressure
  • • Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • • Able to communicate effectively in English or German
  • • EU working rights essential
  • • Passion for quality, consistency, and culinary presentation
