Director of Sales – Leading Corporate Hotel | Perth

A leading corporate hotel in Perth is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead all sales activities and drive commercial performance across key market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and market share
  • Lead all corporate, government, MICE, group, and transient sales activities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within local, national, and international markets
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key corporate accounts and industry partners
  • Manage contract negotiations and major account agreements
  • Work closely with Revenue Management and Operations to optimise hotel performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager within a quality hotel environment

Strong knowledge of the Perth and Western Australian corporate market

Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market penetration

Experience across corporate, MICE, government, and group business segments

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities

Results-driven leader with a hands-on approach
