Multiple Property Engineering Manager – Papua New Guinea

An exciting international opportunity is available for an experienced Multiple Property Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering and maintenance operations of several hospitality properties in Papua New Guinea.

This hands-on leadership role requires a strong technical professional who can ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and asset protection of multiple properties while leading and mentoring local engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Oversee engineering and maintenance operations across multiple properties.
• • Implement preventative maintenance programs and asset management strategies.
• • Manage budgets, costs, and engineering resources effectively.
• • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• • Lead, train, and develop engineering teams to achieve operational excellence.
• • Coordinate capital expenditure projects, refurbishments, and upgrades.
• • Maintain plant, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure to the highest standards.
• • Work closely with General Managers and department heads to support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Current Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, or Cluster Maintenance Manager experience.

• Strong background within hotels, resorts, or large mixed-use hospitality operations.

• Proven leadership and team development skills.

• Experience managing multiple sites or large-scale engineering operations preferred.

• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication abilities.

• International or remote-location experience would be highly regarded.

Package:

• US$48,000 net salary.
