Workplace Manager

A leading corporate organisation based in Melbourne's CBD is seeking an experienced and highly organised Workplace Manager to oversee the daily operation of its corporate workplace and facilities.

This is a hands-on role for a proactive professional who enjoys creating exceptional workplace experiences, improving operational efficiencies and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.

Salary: $88,000–$95,000 + Superannuation

Monday to Friday | Office Hours | No Weekends or Public Holidays

About the Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of the workplace, ensuring the office environment, meeting facilities and building services operate efficiently while maintaining the highest professional standards.

You will coordinate corporate events, boardroom meetings and workplace projects, while acting as the primary contact for all building-related matters and facilities improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the corporate workplace and office facilities.

Act as the primary contact for all building-related issues and coordinate maintenance requirements.

Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors and external service providers.

Coordinate supplier correspondence, quotations and service agreements.

Support facilities management, workplace upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate all corporate events, functions, board meetings and meeting room bookings.

Process supplier invoices and assist with general workplace administration.

Monitor service standards and identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency and employee experience.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the workplace operates seamlessly.

About You

You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys taking ownership and delivering exceptional workplace standards.

You will bring:

Experience in workplace management, hotel or facilities management, office management or corporate administration.

Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

Experience managing contractors, suppliers and service providers.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

The Offer- Salary of $90,000–$95,000 + Superannuation
