Group Maintenance Manager – Remote / Regional Hospitality Operations

Leading hospitality group seeking an experienced Group Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering and maintenance operations across multiple smaller hotel properties.

Responsible for ensuring consistent maintenance standards, safety compliance and operational efficiency across the group.

Manage and support property-based engineering teams across regional and remote locations.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, technical standards and asset management strategies.

Provide hands-on support for maintenance challenges, repairs and critical operational issues.

Oversee contractor management, procurement, budgets and capital improvement projects.

Ensure all properties meet required safety, environmental and regulatory standards.

Previous experience managing multiple hotels or regional properties highly preferred.

Remote or regional hospitality experience advantageous.

Solid technical knowledge across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and building systems.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop multicultural teams.

Comfortable working independently in challenging and remote environments.

Calm, practical and solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
