Financial Controller – Large Hospitality, F&B & Events Operatio

What We Are Seeking:

• Experienced Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Director of Finance, or Finance Business Support professional from a hospitality, hotel, F&B, or events environment.
• Strong financial expertise with a clear understanding of accounting principles, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• A hands-on finance leader who actively works with departments to identify improvements and growth opportunities.
• Ability to partner with F&B, Events, Rooms Division, and Operations teams to improve profitability and performance.
• Experience identifying revenue optimisation opportunities, cost efficiencies, and new business concepts.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and provide valuable business insights.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Team player who enjoys collaborating within a wider finance structure, including the Finance Controller Hub and finance support teams.
• Ability to balance strategic financial planning with day-to-day operational involvement.
