We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead engineering operations for a large-scale hotel and waterpark operation in Africa.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering leader with strong technical expertise, proven African hospitality experience, and the ability to manage complex facilities, systems, and operational requirements.

What We Are Seeking:

Must have proven African hospitality experience and an understanding of operational challenges within the region.

Strong technical knowledge across all hotel engineering disciplines.

Experience managing waterpark systems, pumps, filtration, water treatment, slides, rides, and mechanical systems highly desirable.

Proven experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventative maintenance, and building services.

Ability to lead, train, and motivate a multicultural engineering team.

Strong understanding of maintenance planning, budgets, energy management, and cost control.

Hands-on leader who enjoys being involved in daily operations and solving complex technical challenges.

Ability to work closely with hotel operations, owners, and external contractors.

Strong focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
