Lead the overall operation of an exclusive luxury island resort in the Indian Ocean.

Seeking an experienced Resort Manager with a strong Rooms Division or F&B background.

Proven luxury hospitality and island resort experience essential.

German and English language skills are essential.

Single status preferred due to the remote island environment.

Lead and develop multicultural teams across the resort operation.

Drive exceptional guest experiences, service standards and operational excellence.

Take responsibility for commercial performance, revenue generation and cost control.

Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team on strategic and operational priorities.

Strong experience in remote or island resort environments highly regarded.

Excellent leadership, communication and guest engagement skills required.
