An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced F&B Service Manager to join a high-quality hospitality operation in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take a key leadership role across restaurant and events operations, ensuring outstanding service standards, guest experiences and team performance.

THE ROLE

? Lead and inspire the F&B service team

? Oversee restaurant and events service operations

? Maintain exceptional service and presentation standards

? Drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence

? Develop, coach and motivate the team

? Work closely with the GM and senior management

? Be visible, hands-on and involved in the day-to-day operation
