An exciting pre-opening opportunity awaits an exceptional General Manager to lead the launch of a sophisticated new Mediterranean-inspired beachfront restaurant and entertainment destination.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the pre-opening and launch of this exciting destination.

You will lead a team of approximately 50 FOH employees, establishing the culture, service philosophy, operational standards and performance benchmarks from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the complete pre-opening and opening operation
• Building, training and inspiring a team of 50
• Establishing world-class service standards and operational procedures
• Driving revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction
• Creating an energetic and highly visible hospitality culture
• Working closely with culinary, beverage, entertainment and marketing teams
• Developing VIP and international guest relationships
• Ensuring the venue becomes a recognised destination within the market
• Setting benchmarks for service, presentation and overall guest experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• We are seeking a charismatic, commercially driven and highly sophisticated hospitality leader with an international background in vibrant lifestyle venues.
• You will ideally have experience with leading beach restaurants, beach clubs, dayclubs, nightlife destinations, luxury restaurants or lifestyle entertainment venues in destinations such as:
• Mykonos | Ibiza | Saint-Tropez | Miami | Caribbean | Dubai | Maldives | Mediterranean | International Luxury Destinations
• You understand how to create an atmosphere, not simply operate a restaurant.
• You know how to combine exceptional food and beverage, music, entertainment, service and design to create experiences guests want to return to — and share.
