An exciting opportunity for an experienced Floor Manager to join an award-winning restaurant in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional who understands exceptional service, has strong attention to detail and thrives in a busy, premium dining environment.

THE ROLE

• Lead the daily front-of-house operation
• Manage and inspire the service team
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain high service and presentation standards
• Work closely with the F&B Manager and culinary team
• Assist with training, rostering and operational coordination
• Build strong relationships with guests and drive repeat business

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager,  Senior Restaurant Supervisor or Manager
• Strong premium or award-winning restaurant experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Professional, polished and guest-focused
• Passionate about food, wine and exceptional service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
