YOUR STAGE

As General Manager, you will take ownership of the pre-opening and launch, shaping everything from the team and culture to service standards, guest experience and commercial performance.

You will lead a team of approximately 50 hospitality professionals and create an environment where people, food, music and atmosphere come together seamlessly.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a lifestyle hospitality leader — someone who understands how to create energy, build a following and turn a venue into a destination.

Your background may include:

Beach Clubs | Beach Restaurants | Day clubs | Nightlife | Luxury Restaurants | Lifestyle Venues | Entertainment Concepts

International experience in Mykonos, Ibiza, Saint-Tropez, Miami, the Caribbean, Dubai or comparable lifestyle destinations will be highly regarded.

You should be commercially sharp, highly visible, charismatic and capable of building a strong team while maintaining exceptional standards.

Most importantly, you understand that today's guests are not simply buying dinner or a drink.

They are buying an experience.
