THE OPPORTUNITY

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced F&B Service Manager to join one of the Mornington Peninsula’s highly recognised wineries.

This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing the service operations across three distinctive hospitality outlets, including an award-winning restaurant, while working closely with a highly recognised celebrity chef.

The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating service standards, developing the team and creating memorable guest experiences across the property.

THE ROLE

• Overseeing daily F&B service operations across three outlets

• Leading, coaching and developing the service team

• Maintaining exceptional service and presentation standards

• Working closely with the Executive  Chef to develop a strong FOH/BOH relationship

• Supporting menu launches, events and special dining experiences

• Driving guest satisfaction and service consistency

• Managing rosters, labour costs and operational requirements

• Developing and implementing service procedures and standards

• Creating a strong culture of professionalism, hospitality and teamwork

• Being highly visible and hands-on across the operation

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are loking for an experienced F&B Service Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality professional who can bring energy, leadership and a genuine passion for exceptional service.

You will ideally have:

? Proven experience in premium restaurants, wineries, hotels or destination hospitality

? Strong leadership and team-development skills

? A sophisticated understanding of food, wine and service

? Experience managing high-volume or multi-outlet operations

? Excellent communication and guest-engagement skills

? A strong eye for detail and service standards

? The confidence to work alongside a high-profile chef and senior leadership team
