Job Overview

Executive Chef- PNG 

Preferred nationalities: Filipino, Indonesian, Nepalese or Malaysian

We are looking for a hands-on culinary leader who can manage the smaller kitchen operation, maintain high food standards, develop menus and lead a professional team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior Chef

• Strong operational and technical skills

• Excellent food quality, hygiene and cost-control knowledge

• The ability to work hands-on within a smaller operation

• International hospitality experience is highly regarded
