An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to join a busy and high-volume restaurant operation in the Bahamas.

The role will oversee a team of approximately 40 culinary staff and a kitchen operation serving 500+ covers per day.

What we are looking for:

• Strong Chef de Cuisine / senior kitchen management experience

• Experience managing large culinary teams

• Proven background in high-volume restaurant operations

• Strong American or Australian & classic European cuisine knowledge

• Excellent European culinary techniques

• Strong seafood and pasta knowledge

• High standards of food quality, presentation and consistency

• Excellent leadership, organisation and kitchen management skills

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment
