Hotel Finance & Business Manager

Senior finance and business leadership role within a hotel operation

Develop and implement effective financial and reporting structures

Support department heads with clear financial targets and accountability

Oversee revenue management, budgeting and cost control

Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability

Work closely with operational and Hub teams to strengthen financial performance

Strong commercial understanding of hotel operations essential

Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills

Salary negotiable, based on experience
