GENERAL MANAGER – HOSPITALITY RECRUITMENT SERVICES

Middle East & Beyond | Freelance | Flexible | Long-Term Partnership

We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected hospitality professional to represent our international recruitment services across the Middle East and beyond.

This is a flexible freelance opportunity ideally suited to experienced hospitality consultants, semi-retired professionals, industry specialists or senior executives looking to create an additional income stream while remaining active within the industry.

Your focus:

Develop and maintain client relationships

Identify new hospitality recruitment opportunities

Lead and support talent searches

Connect with hotels, resorts, catering companies, palaces, restaurant groups and airlines

Work closely with our established Africa and Australia offices

Develop long-term client partnerships and repeat business

Arabic-speaking professionals are preferred, particularly those with strong relationships across the Middle East.

We are happy to speak with experienced professionals who may already have consulting commitments, flexible availability or an established hospitality network.
