The role

Oversee the entire Food & Beverage operation.

Lead and develop the service team.

Manage conferences, weddings and private events.

Ensure outstanding guest service and operational standards.

Manage rosters, labour costs, budgets and stock control.

Work closely with the kitchen, events and hotel management teams.

Drive operational efficiency and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate

Previous experience as an F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager ready to step up.

Strong background in hotels, resorts, boutique properties or event venues.

Proven Conference & Events and wedding experience.

Excellent team leadership and organisational skills.

Hands-on approach with strong commercial awareness.

Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Salary: $80,000 + Super
