An exciting opportunity for an experienced Floor Manager to oversee the smooth running of banquet operations at a busy Conference & Events Centre in the Macedon Ranges.

Supervise floor operations for events of up to 250 guests.

Lead and coordinate service teams during conferences, weddings and functions.

Ensure professional service standards and excellent guest experiences.

Coordinate event setups, service delivery and floor staff.

The ideal candidate

A hands-on hospitality professional with solid banquet, conference and events experience, strong leadership skills and the ability to manage busy functions.

Salary negotiable, based on experience.
