The venue specialises in premium weddings, conferences and events, delivering exceptional food and service in a beautiful vineyard setting.

The role

Support the Executive Chef in managing banquet operations.

Prepare and deliver high-quality food for weddings and C&E functions.

Lead and develop the kitchen team during events.

Maintain food quality, presentation and kitchen standards.

The ideal candidate

Experienced Sous Chef with strong banquet and function experience.

Comfortable managing high-volume events and wedding services.

Passionate about quality food and premium hospitality.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Visa sponsorship may be available for suitably qualified applicants currently working in Australia and looking to transfer their visa.
