An exciting opportunity for an experienced Function Supervisor to join a well-established hospitality venue renowned for its conference facilities, corporate events and wedding celebrations.

Working directly with and reporting to the General Manager, you will play an integral role within the venue’s team, ensuring the highest possible service standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee function operations for seated events of up to 150 guests and cocktail functions for up to 200 guests.
• Coordinate conferences, corporate events, weddings and private celebrations.
• Lead and motivate the function team, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other departments.
• Maintain exceptional hospitality and service standards throughout all events.
• Ensure smooth operational delivery, from preparation through to event completion.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience supervising functions, conferences and events.

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Ability to manage multiple events and competing priorities.

Professional presentation and a genuine commitment to service excellence.

Salary: Totally open and negotiable for the right candidate, depending on experience and capabilities.
