An exciting opportunity for an accomplished Oriental Chef de Cuisine to lead a restaurant operation in Nassau, Bahamas.

We are seeking an internationally experienced culinary professional with the creativity, leadership and expertise to develop an exceptional dining concept and establish a distinctive culinary identity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and inspire the kitchen’s culinary team.

Develop innovative Oriental menus and signature dishes.

Create and refine the oriental food concept.

Train, mentor and develop local culinary talent.

Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation.

Manage food costs, purchasing, stock and kitchen operations.

Introduce authentic flavours and contemporary culinary techniques.

SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience and expertise.
