This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Middle East leading resort groups as General Manager and you will be responsible for all aspects of business development, GDS, and operations. This role is based in Middle East. Proficiency in English and Arabic would be highly regarded. 

You will be hospitality tertiary qualified with over 15 years hotel management in leading ultra-premium hotels in the Middle East or Asia with a strong emphasis on fiscal responsibility, dynamic leadership style, and the passion to drive continuous service improvement in systems and processes. In addition, the ideal profile will have the inter-personal skills to operate across all levels and functions of the organisation, as well as with owners, contractors, and external parties.

Rounding off the desired profile, you will have managed large luxury hotels of the highest calibre in Asia or similar where service standards are considered “world-class”. Furthermore, a demonstrated strong sense of business acumen and “ownership” which will promote repeat-clientele to this 5-star establishment of international repute is imperative for the strategic appointment. An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

You will be hospitality tertiary qualified, hotel school or MBA qualified.

The role will lead the executive committee and assume responsibility for all areas of strategic business planning, hotel operations in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage as well as all third party contract management. You will value-add in all aspects of client relationship management. A sound travel agent network would round off the desired candidate profile.
