Job Overview

We are recruiting for an outstanding wine estate located in the Yarra Valley that are looking to employ a customer-focused professional to join their team.

The estate includes an award-winning Winery, Cellar Door, Restaurant, and function business.
As the first point of contact either via phone or email, this role presents a high demand yet rewarding position integral to the business

Responsibilities:

  • Curating professional and sales orientated responses to all client enquiries
  • Creating exceptional customer service
  • Effectively manage hundreds of calls and emails daily, proficient ability to multi task
  • Building relationships with the venue managers
  • Managing and building rapport with guests to ensure their expectations are exceeded
  • Sending daily reservations reports
  • Coordination of functions

About you:

  • At least 12 months experience in a customer service role, experience in a call centre, reservations or concierge role will be a distinct advantage
  • Professional phone manner
  • Sound written and verbal communication
  • Confident and effective communicator
  • Have experience working in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Driven with a positive attitude
  • Work well under pressure
  • Able to work weekends
  • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid -19

Salary Package

$70-$75k pa + super
