Job Overview

We are looking for an Event and Office Coordinator who is managing the sales processes for a function and restaurant complex in Port Melbourne.

Follow up all inquires (Wedding, Leisure, Social, Corporate, Conferences, Tours, local etc)

Create and maintain flawless events and office based sales process

Creating brand awareness

Set high conversion rates from website and phone inquiries

Develop and maintain a customer database

Distribute function sheets to relevant departments

Looking after event packages

Working with key stakeholders on menu designs

Maximise site inspections and bookings with deposits

Manage & oversee all RFP processes

Maximising of revenues

Integrated approach to multimedia, PR, sales and collateral

A network with PCO's  is highly regarded
