Job Overview

We are seeking talents with hospitality and corporate real estate experiences who would enjoy a balanced lifestyle, as we offer employment from Monday to Fridays without any night work.

Our business is based into 5star customer service experiences within the wider industry of commercial real estate, looking after some of the most prestigious building and companies in Sydney.

As we have several locations on offer, we can accommodate most residents of Sydney.


Provide guest satisfaction from the initial welcome to the farewell

Understanding the building facilities, floors and amenities

Provide supervision, support and ongoing training to new staff members

Process and assist tenants, guests, visitors and third parties with direction and detailed information

Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guest or tenants

Overlooking the reception and lobby
