Job Overview

Our client is managing 3 food and beverage outlets (restaurant, cafe, and functions) in Geelong with a clear focus on the freshest produce with the farm-to-table style. The Executive Chef will overlook the whole venue and manage the Kitchen team and set the highest possible benchmarks for creative food.

Create harmony & purpose in the kitchen

Create top products for all outlets

People Person & Team Player

Experienced Kitchen Professional with the gift for Training & Development

Working closely with FOH team

Training & Development of the kitchen team

Manage food cost

Manage labour cost

Implementation menus to compliment the season using locally grown produce.

Review menus on a regular basis

Skills:

Strong people management skills

Manage a high output through the cafe, restaurant, and function & events

Passionate Chef, Cool Operator with a ‘Hands-on’ approach.

Strong Leadership skills

Loves local produce & seasonal menus

Preopening/Setup skills
