This role will be looking after the Corporate, Government and MICE Clients and generating new leads in the Sydney & NSW Markets for this 5-star hotel group.

You will have the option of working one day from home as well.

Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to sales and be a dynamic sales professional

Retention and management of existing business

New business research, solicitation, prospecting, and acquisition will be a large part of this role

Building and maintaining strong relationships across internal and external clients, and other market and industry sources

Maximising yield potential of business for the hotel

Working closely with the hotels

About YOU:

Sales experience within a 4 - 5-star hotel sales environment

Relevant education in Business, Hospitality or Sales & Marketing

A proven track record in achieving targets and yield management

Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and relationship management

Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
