Currently recruiting for a very experienced Group Director of Finance to take control of the Finance function for a group of Hotels and Resorts.

• Preparing and compilation of budgets and forecasting for all business activities within different revenue centres and entities
• Control costs and procurement processes
• Prepare accurate and efficient monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all financial transactions
• Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures consistent with Government regulations and company standards
• Conduct internal financial audits to streamline control procedures
• Ensure timely completion of external compliance audits in line with company requirements
• Implement internal controls in order to safeguard the Hotel assets; maintaining records for fixed assets, operating equipment, supplies and inventory
• Ensure prudent cash management through administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Manage contracts, lease agreements, insurance policies and all legal and financial documents and data
• Assist the Board and CEO with legal and compliance matters
• Provide leadership to Finance Department staff

About YOU

Accountancy Degree qualified

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Driven to achieve systematic processes

Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and achieve set targets
